Chief Executive Officer
Joel Morse is Founder and CEO of Curavit. He is an experienced operational CEO who has founded, built, and sold large global businesses in healthcare and life sciences. Previously, he founded C3i, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) healthcare provider, and built it into a global leader in tech-enabled clinical trial services, with a strategic client list that included Medidata, Quintiles, and Merck. Joel has a BS in mechanical engineering from Tufts, and an MBA from Columbia.
Pam Diamond, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pam Diamond is Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Curavit. She is a Board Certified, Boston-based Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon who was affiliated with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) for over 30 years. At Curavit, Dr. Diamond provides medical and scientific expertise and oversight to the design and execution of Curavit’s decentralized clinical trials. She received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed her Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at Harvard Medical School/MEEI.
Dave Hanaman
President & Chief Commercial Officer
Dave Hanaman is Co-founder, President and Chief Commercial Officer of Curavit. He is a proven entrepreneur, operator, and board director with successful, strategic exits to public companies. Founder of C3i i, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) healthcare provider, Dave developed and led its sales, marketing, product development, and alliance strategies. Dave serves as a board member and advisor to several start-up and growth-stage companies in healthcare and technology. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and served as a deployed U.S. Navy intelligence officer.

Chief Operating Officer
Jay Collier is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Curavit. Jay is responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery for Curavit’s clients. Jay has over 20 years of operational experience serving global clients in life sciences and clinical research. Jay has a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
